
Haven't dribbbled in a while - for many reasons, however this is a pretty important shot to me, so here goes a throw from half court - and just in time for Black Friday.
Acting as design lead over the last several months, I (along with my super-talented team) have been quietly improving the Google Places for Business experience, both web and mobile. Today, we are proud to launch our newest MVP merchant-facing feature, Review Center.
Existing within the current Places framework, merchants can finally respond to customer reviews, concerns and questions they might have about a business. Manage your reputation across Google, effecting everything including your visibility on Maps, Search and Google+.
